RESOLUTIDN 0~ INTENTION TO CONSIDr'~2 AND HOLD
HEAI2INGS ON A RESOLUTTON OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH
A COUNTY SERVICE AREA
WHEREAS, two members of the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte have requested the establishment of a county serviee
area for the puxpose of design, studies, right of way acquisition, and
road construction, the boundaries of which are described in Exhibit "A'~,
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference; and
WHEREAS, prior to the consideration of the Board of Super-
visors and the Resolution of Intention, it is necessary to obtain the
approval of the Local Agency Formation Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
af the Co~nty of Butte that they intend ~.o c~sider a Resolution of
Intention to establi sh a cou.nty service area for ~he purpose of design,
s~udies, right of way acquisitian, and road construction, p~m suant to
Government Code §25210.4(a), contained within the boundaries described
in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and mad.e a part hereof by reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESULVED that by this resolution the Board of
Supervisors submit ~h.e proposal to the Local Agency Formation Commi.ssion
for ~heir act~.ons at their n.ext regularly held meeta.ng.
PASSED ADID ADOPTED by the Board o~ Supervisors o£ the
County of Butte, State of California, this $th day o~ .7une, 1971, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Gilman, Madagan, Maxon, McKillop, and Chairman
