County of Butte have requested the establishment of a county service
area for the s~udy, design, construction, maintenance, and rhe operation
of a sanitary sewer service, the boundaries of which are described in
Exhibit '~A~", attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference; and
WHEREAS, prior to the consideration of the Baard of
Supervisors and the Resolution o£ Intentioz~, it is necessary to obtain
the approval of' the Local Agency Formation Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D by the Board of Super-
visors of the County of But~e that they intend to consider a Resolution
of In~ention to establish a county service area for the purpose of study,
design, construction, maintenance, and th.e operation of a sanitary
sewer service, pursuant to Governmen~ Code §25210.4(a), contained
~aithin the boundaries described in Exhibit '~A", attached hereto and
made a part hereof by reference.
BE IT FURT4iER RESQLVED that by this resolutio.n tkze Board
of Supervisors subznit the proposal to the Loca~. Agency Formation Com-
mission tor their actions a~ their next regularly held meeting.
