RESOLUTION O...P.POSING:=ASS'EMBLY BILL 225
WHEREAS, this Board has been made aw~are of the nrovisions of
Assembl.y BiL1. 225; and
WHEREAS, the procedures for establ.ishing a development contract
under Assembly Bill 225 do not give the Board of Supervisors adequate
control in the initial negotiations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
lo That this Board respectfully requests that the Legislature
defeat Assembly Bi11 2250
2. That a copy of this Resolution be sent to the Honorable
Ray Johnson, Assemblyman, Honorable Fred Marler,,_Senator, and to
oth.er persons as this Board may directa '
