WI-IEREAS~ pursuant to the av.thority ^srested in this Board
under Government Code Sections 50430 et seq, this Board wishes to
declare i~s intention to vacate said easement as described belowQ
NOW, THII2EF`ORE, B~ IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1, That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on July 13;`_1971, at 11:00 aQm„ in the Board Chambexs,
Courthouse, Oroville~ a hearing sha11 be held on the vacation of the
follo~rring described easement:
A portion of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 12~
TownshiA 19 North$ Range 4 East, M.DoMo, Butte County,
California, and being a portion of Parcel "A" as said parcel
is shown on that certain map of Kel1y Ridge.Estates Unit One,
recorded October 30, 1970:;.. in Sook 38 of Maps, at Pages 5,
b, 7, 8, 9 and 1Q, Butte County Official Records, and being
more par~icularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection point of the Southerly right
of way line of Lodgeview Drive and the Eas~.erly line of Lot
129y as said rzght of way and Iot lines are shown on the
above said map of Ke11y Ridge Estates, Unit One; thence from
said poin~ of beginning9 Southeasterly along the said Southerly
right of way Iine of Lodgeview Drive~ along the arc of a 63Do00
foot radius curvey concave to the Northeast, thru a central
angle of 8° 43' ST:",:;~or 96000 feet; thence Ieaving said
Southerly right of way line, South 24° 57' 17" West9 141.F09
