WHEREAS, the C~ty of Orovi~lle, the North Burbank Public
Utility District and the Thermala.to zrrigation District have
entered into a Joint Powers ,Agreement for the construction and
operation of the Greater Orov~.Ile Regional Sewerage Facilities,
said Agreement dated June 18 , 197I; and
WHEREAS, this Board wishes to assent to said Agreement.
NOW, THEEtEFORE, BE IT RESO~VED by this Board:
1. That this Soard assents to the aforementioned Joint
Powers Agreement and authorizes the Chairman of this Board to
sign same on behalf of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Super-
visors this 22nd day of June , 1971, by the following vate:
