OF IMPRO'VEMENTS AND ACQ(JISITIONS Ii3 P7IRADISE PINES
~ UNITS N0. 4 AND 8 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, BUTTE COtSNTY,
CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS; a public hearing, for which reasonable notice
has'been qiven by publication, has been held as ~o the public
Convenience and necessity of the improvemen~s and acquisitions
in Paradise Pines Units No. 4 and 8 Assessment Distra.ct, Butte
County, California; and
~ WHEREAS, ~his Board of Supervisors has heard and con-
sidered all the evidence, both oral and written, relative to
,
the public convenience and necessity of the construction of
the aforesaid iinprovements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board qf Super-
visors finds and determines that the public convenience and
necessity require the improvements and acquisitions in
Paradise Pines Units No. 4 and 8 Assessment District, Hutte County.
California, and further detern~ines that the "Special Assess-
ment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931"
~ sha1.1 no~ apaly to these assessment proceedings; and
BE IT FU3tTHER RESOLVED that this project shal~ pro-
ceed in accordance with the terms and pzovisions of the Muni-
cipal Improvement Act of 1913.

I HEREBY C~RTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Suoervisors of the Connty of
Butte. State of California, at a regu~ar meeting thereof, held on
the 22nd day of June, 197~, by the following vote, to wit:
