REPORT AND AMEDIDED ESTIMIITE OF COST IN PAF2ADISE PINES
UNITS NO. 4 RND 8 ASSESSr1BNT DI5'TRICT, BUTTE COUNTY,
CALIE'ORNIA
WHEREA,S, on the~4th day of May, 1971, the Board of
5upervisors of the County of Butte~ State of Ca~ifornia, pre-
li~tinarily adopted the Engineer's Report and Engineer's Estimate
of Cost, filed gursuant to the Resolution of Inten~ion in
';Paradise Pines Units No. 4 and 8 Assessment District, Bu~te
County, California; and •
WHEREAS, since the fiZing o£ said original Engineer's
Repdrt anc3 Engineer's Estimate of Cost, bids have been received
showing a di~ferent construction cost than set forth in said
original Engineer's Report and ~ngineer's Estimate of Cost;
NdW, THEREFORE, BE IT ItESOLVED by the Board of Super-
visors of the Cnunty of Butte, State of Caiifornia, that the
Engineer of Work be, and he is hereby directed to file an Amended
Engineer's Report and Amended Estimate oE Cos~ to conform to
the low bid received for sai.d work and improvements.

T HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regulariy adap~ed by the Board of Superviscrs of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a reaular meeting thereof, heJ.d on
the 22nd day of June, 1.971, hy the following vote, to wit:
