' RESOLUTIOl~i Ai3TFIORIZING SAi,E OE' S0~1DS
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the Counf.y of
Butte, State of California; has received a written proposa~. from
BIRR, WILSON & CO., INC., offering to puxchase.improvement,bonds `
to be issued by the County of Butte to represent unpaid assessments
levied pursuant to the Resol.ution of Intention for Paradise Pines
~ Units No. 4 and 8 Assessment AistXict, adopted by the Board of
!
Supervisors of the County of Butte on the 4th day o£ May, 1971.,
for payment of the improvements and acquisitions and all of the ,
incid~ntal expenses i.n connection therewith, in sai.d Paradise Pines
Units No. 4 and $ Assessment District; and
~ WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Board that the public
interest and convenience wi3.1 be served by accepting the offex of
the said BIRR, WILSbN & CO., INC., dated June 22, 1971, and
wili also be served by selZing the said bonds at the price therein
named;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDEF2ED that the proposal
of BZRR, WILSON & CO., INC., dafed June 22,~1971, be, and the same
is hereby accepted and that the bonds be, and they are hereby ord~red
sold to BIRR. WILSON & CO., INC., in the amount and subject to the
terms and canditions stated in the bid of the said BzRR, WILSON &
CQ.. TNC.
BE ~T F[IRTHER RESOLVEA that the in~erest rate of said
bonds be, and ~he same is hereby fixed at the rate stated in said
bid, and that said bonds shaI.l be dated the 2nd day of August, 1971,
and shall bear interest from said date.
