WHEREAS, the Boa~d of Supervisors o~ the County of Butte
deems it advisable to se11 the following property, ~ro wit:
All tnat certain real property situate in the County of
Bu~.te, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Zot I, Block 1, of
E1 Medio Tract Subdivision No. 1, according to the official
map ~hereo~ tiled in the office of the recorder of the County
of B~tte, State of Calif ornia, ~'ebruary 7, 1910, in Map
Book 6 at Page 17; thence S 1°14'00~"E along the west line
of said subdivision 234.00 feet; thence S 88°43'30°fW
95,00 feet to tne true point of beginning for the herein
described parcel; th.ence S 88°%3'3gN'W 55.00 feet; thence N

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that it ~.s the intention of
this Board to sell. the aforemen~ioned property at a minimum price of

at 11:00 a.m., a public tneeting of tne Board of Supervisa;s of the
County of Butte wi11 be h.eld at tne regular place of ineeting of
said Board, at which proposals to purchase wi11 be received and
considered.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1971, by the Butte
County Board of Supervisors by the fallowing vote:
