WHII~EAS, the Board of Supervisors of the Coun~ty o~ Butte have
on August 15, 1967 established a policy of eost sharzng for employee
heaJ.~h insurance premiums, and
WIiEREAS, Resolution No. 67-I46 establishes cost sharing
formula a~ 75% of the cost of hospitalization insurance for employees
and 50% af ~he cost, tnereof, for dependents, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to increase the
percentage of ~he County's cost sharing participatian towards the
employee health insurance prenniums,
NOW, T~iER~FOR~, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervi.sors
of the County of Butte amends Resolution No. 67 -146 to increase ~he
County's cos~ sharing formula to 90% of the employee's cost of
hospitalization, medical, life and disability insurance, and
90% of the cost, thereof, for dependents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte this 22nd day of June, 1971, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Gilman~ Madigan, Maxon, McKillop and Chairman Reynolds
