Attached hereto an& hereby incorporated as a part of this resolution 24 is a map delineati.ng t~e boundaries of said District; 25 RESOLVED~ FUR~HF~2~ THAT T~IE B4ARD OF SiTPERVIS~RS does hereby fix March 1; 26 1972, as the date on which affected property owners must be ready ~o receive 27 underground service and does hereby order the removal o£ al.l poles, overhead 28 wires and associated overhead structures and the underground insYallation of 29 wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication, or similar or 30 associated serviae ~*ithin East Avenue Undergxound Uti3.ity Distric~ I3o. 2 on or 37. before April 1, 1972; 32 RESOLVED, FURTHER, that ~he County Clerk is hereby instrucead to notify all a~fected utilities and all persons ozaning real propezty within Easti Avenue -2- 1 9 10 11 12. 13,. ~4 I.5 16 17 18 19' 20 2Z 2z. 23 24 25 26 2'7 28 29 30 31 32 Underground UtiiliCy DisCrict No. 2 of the adoption of this resolution within ten (10) days after the date of such adoption. Said County Clerk shall further notify safd property owners of the necessity that, if they or any person occupyfng such property desire to continue to receive electric, communication, or other situilar or associated service, they or such occupant sha~.1, by the date fixed in this resolution, provide a11 necessaxy facility changes on theix premises so as to receive such services frnm the lines of the supplying utility or uCiliCies aC a new location, subject ~o applicable rules, regulaCions~ and ~ariffs of the respective utility or utilities an file witE~ the Public Utilitie; ~,ominission of the State of California.
