Any employee called back for eme~rgency duty sha11 be paid at the rate of time-and-one-nal~. SE IT FURTHER RESO~V~D that Section 9.1 be amen.ded to read as follows: Section 901, Vacation. Each employee in the classi~ied service shall be entitled to a vacation. Employees with less than 5 years' service shall be entitled to a vacation of 5/6 of a working day per month. Employees upon reaching their fifth anniversary of continuous service sha11 be entitled to a vacation of 1 1/4 workirzg days per montho Employees who have xeached their 15th anniversary of continuous service shall be entitled to a vacation of 1 2/3's worka~ng days per montho Earned vacation shall be credited monthly and may be accvmulated to a maximum total at the end of the calendar year of not more than 20 working days for employees with less than 5 years' serva~ce and 30 working days for employees ~caith more than 5 years continuous serviceo An empioyee who has less than 5 mon~ns of uninterrupted service sha1l not be entitled to a vacation or to vacation pay upon separation of service, ~nployees who work less than fu11 time sha11 earn vacation credits on a prorated basis, Vacations shall be taken a~ such tirnes as may be approved by the 7~` !~~` ....... _..~... . . _. _ ____ _ _._ _ _ _. .. _ ` ,.. .. . .. ,. . ~ k RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTI4N N0. 62-5 AND RELATING TO VACATION PAY AND HOSPITAL ON-CALL AND CALL-BACK PAY department heas~.
