: RESOLUTION AWARDING ,SALE OF REAL.PROPERTY,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Reso].ution 71-129, a,bid was received on
the property desc~ibed therein with the minimum price:as,set for~th
in said.Resolution on June:18;;: 19710
WHEREAS,.Norman-Lo Polston, Arthur E. Rudy and Cliffo~d Jo
Palston was awarded the property based upon the aforementioned bid;
WH~REAS, the said Norman Lo Polston, Arthur E. Rudy and
Clifford J. Pols~on has deposited $750.00 with. the County' Auditor on
the purchase price of $6,300.00, payments on balance of $5,550.00
to be,paid at $75.OO,per month,.,including interest of 7%.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That tl~e C~airman of this Board:be authorized to sign the
attached Grant Deed to the aforementioned 1~To~inan Lo Polston, Arthur
Eo Rudy and Clifford,.7. PQlston covering the real property described
a.n the aforementioned Resolution 71-129 and is also descri}~ed in the
attached Deed. _ . _ _ _ _ _ _
