RESOLUTION TO INCUI2 BONDED INBE~T~DI3ESS FOR
BUTTE COUNTY SERVTC~ AR~A #26
WHEREAS, ~the ?3oard of Supervisors of Butte County
lias examined the financial conclition of Butte County Service
Area #26,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that it is necessary
tor said Butte County ServicE Area #26 to incur a bonded in--
debtedness.
That the purpose for which the proposed debt a.s ta
be incurred is to provida within th~ service area sewage
service, requiring the construction ancl installation of
~acilities for the collection, treatment and disposal o~
sewage, comprising inain trunk lines, pipes, pumps, machinery,
lands, easements, ri.ghts o£ way, and other works, prope~rty ar
structures use~ul or necessaxy for the collection, ~reatment
or dispnsal nf sewage of said County Service Area #25 and its
inhabitants.
That the amount of the prnposed debt is SEVEN
HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($'700,000.00).
IT IS FUR'I'fiER RESOLV~D that an August 3, 19711 at
the hour of I1s00 o'clook A. M., in ~he Butte County Board
of supervisnrs' Room at ~he suti~.e County Courthouse, Oroville,
CaZifnrnia, ~he Boerd o~ S~.pervisors of Butte County wi11 hold
a hearing on the following questions:
1. Will the whole or a portion o~ the Bu~tte Caunty
Serviae Area #26 be benefited by the accomplishment of tl~e
purpose?

2. If only a portion o~ the area will be benefited,
what portion wi~l be so benefited?
At that ~ime and place, any person interested
including ai1 persons owning property in said Butte County
Service Area #26 will be heard upon the questions stated
herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of 3uly, 1971, by
the tollowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Gilman, Madigan, McKi.l~.op, and
Chairman Reynolds
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Maxon

NOTICE IS HEI2EBY GIVEN that the hearing referred
to in the foxegaing Resolution wil~ be had at the time and
place specified in said Resolution, to wit: on August 3,
1971, at the Butte Caun~y Gourthouse, Oroville, California,
in the Board of Supervisors' Room.
