under Government Code Section 50430 et seq, this Board ~caishes to vacate

NOW,THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by this Boaxd:
1. That this Board finds that said easement is unnecessary
for present or prospective public use.
2, Tt~at said public easement as hereinafter described is
hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
