RESOLVED: That Clifton Mickekson is hereby
authorized and designated as the represer~tative of the County of Bu tte , ,
State of California, to sign ar~d present an application on its behalf to the Department
of Ueterans Affairs of the State of California for State moneys under Section 972 of
the Military and Veterans Code, State of California, Chapter 1493, Statutes of t9~+5:
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVE~: That said.representative is hereby authorized and designated to
execute an agreement on behalf of said County with sald Department of Veterans
Af~airs covering the terms and conditions under which any amount oF State moneys is to be
granted to the said County; and be it
FURTH~R R~SOLVED: That the amount of State moneys to be allotted will be determined by
the Department of Veterans Affairs, and matching funds may be provided by the County in
the proportipns as required by agreem~nt with said Department.
