WHEREAS, there has been filed with ttce County Clerk of
the County of Butte, State o£ California, a map showa.ng the proposed
botzndaries of Paradise Pines Units No. 10, 1~. & 15 Assessment
District, Butte County, California.
NOTd, THER~FOR~, BE IT RESOLVEB by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of Cal.ifornia, that that certain
map entitlecl, "Proposed Soundaries of Paradise Pines Units No. 10,
11 &.15 Assessment District, Butte County, California," be and
the same is hereby approved; and
BE IT FL~RTFiER RESOLVED that a certified COpy of said
boundary map herein approved shall be filed wi~h the County i2ecorder
of the Caunty of Butte in accordance with tihe provisions o£ Part
2, Division 4.5 of the Streets and Highways Code o~ th2 State
of California.
