BE IT RESOLVED by ~e Board pf Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, as fallows:
l. Petition for t'~e construction of improvements and
acquisitions to be made by special assessmen~ proceedings within
the baundaries of the map designated, "Proposed Boundaries oE
Paradise Pines Units No. 10, 11 & I.5 Assessment District, Butte
County, California, °' wtei.ch said map is on file, in the office of ~he
County Clerk of the County of Butte, is incorporated herein by this
re£erence as though fully set for'th he~ea.n.
2. The Certificate of THE :IURRAY--~ICCORMICK EAIVIE20NA1ENTAL
GROUP, dated the 20th day of July, 1971, certifying that the
petition hereinabove referred to cvas signed by the owners of more
than sixty per centi (60~) of the area of the property described in
said petition, is incorporated h~rein by this reference as though
fu11y set forth herein.
3. It is hereby ordered and determined that assessment
district proceedings shall be instituted a.n accordance with the terms
of said petition.
4, It is hereby found, determined and ordered that the
Birector of Public WorY.s of the County of Butte shall be Engineer
of l~7ork, and that THE L?URRAY-b4CCORMICK EPIVIRONt2ENTAL GROUP shall be
the Project Engineer in accordance with the t~rms and conditions
of the contract to be entered S.nta. It is further qrdered that Sturgis,
Den-Dulk, ~ouglass &.i~nderson, Attorneys at Law, Oakland, California,
shall be Special Bond Counsel to prepare al.l proceedings in accord-
ance with the terms and conda.tions o£ the contzact to be entered
into.

5. Said distric~ shall be known and designated as '
Paradise Pines Units ~o. 10, I1 & 15 Assessment District, Bu~te
County, California.
6. The district which shall bear the cost and expenses
of said improvements and acquisi~ions, includinq alI incidentaZ
expenses, and which is to be assessed to pay.for the cost thereof
is that district shown on a map which is an file in the office qf
the County C1erk of the County of Butte, which is designated,
"Proposed Boundaries of Paradise Pines Units No. ~0, 11 &~5
Assessment Distric~, Butite County, California.°
7. 5aid special assessment proceedings are ko be taken
under the provis~ons of the A4unicipal Improvement Act of ~913, with
bonds to be issued under the provisions of the Improvement Act of
1911.
8. The owners of property within the boundaries of said
propose8 district have waived all investigation grocpedings under
Yhe Sp~cial Assessment Investigation, Limitation and ~iajority Pra-
tes~ Act of 1931.
9. No contract for the constructian of improvements in
this assessmen~ distric~ shall be awarded until ~mprovement bonds
are sold and de~ivered and the proceeds of such sale are deposited
with the Coun~y Treasurer.

I HEREBY CERTI~Y ~hat ~he foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of ~upervisors of the County of
Butte, Sta~e of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
