EtESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
WtiE1~AS, there has been filed with the Coanty Cierk of
the County of Butte, State of California, a map showing the proposed
boundaries of Paradise Pines Units No. 12, 13 & 14 Assessment Aistrict,
Butte County, Cali£ornia.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the Couaty of Butte, State of California, that that certain map
entit~ed, °Proposed Boundaries of Paradise Pines Units No. 12, 13 & 14
- Assessment District, But~e County, Cali£ornia," be and the same is
hereby approved; anci
BE IT FURTHEit RESOLVED that a certified copy of said boundary
map herein approved sha11 be filed with the County Recorder of the
County of Butte in accordance with the provisions of Part 2, Division
4.5 of the Streets and Highways Code o€ the State vf California.
