RESOLUTiON ADOPTING SCA~E OF PI2EVAII,IDIG A7AGE RATES
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of Californi.a, on the 3rd day of August, 197I, adopted plans
and specifications for the imgrovements to be made in ~aradise.
Pines ifnits No. 12, I3 & 14 Assessment District, Sut'~e County,
California;

N04a, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte that said Board has determined and estab-
lished the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for each type
of craft or workman needed to execute or perform the necessary
work or improvements in accordance with the schedule appended hereto
and described, "Schedule of Per Diem Wage Rates"; ~nd
BE IT FURTHER RE50LVED that said "Schedule of Per Diem
Wage Rates" be, and it is hereby, embodied in the Notice rnvit-
ing Sealed Bids and a11 contract documents in connection with said
work and improvement hereinabove described.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duiy
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, heid on
the 3rd day of August, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
