V, L, Waod for abandonment of public utility easement as described
below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the a~sthority vested in this
Board under Government Code §§50430 et seq, this Board wishes to
declare its intention to abandon said easement as described belowa
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
l, That this Board hereby gives notice that at i~s
regular meeting on Au~ust 17 , 1971, at ii:00 a.m., in the
Board Chambers, Courthouse, Oroville, a hearing shall be held on
tl~e abandonment of the following described public utility easement:
A public utility easement 10 feet in width,
located along the easterly J~ine of Lot 25 of the
Ranchos Robledos 'Subdivision, as ~ecorded in
Recorder's Map Book 26 at pages 28, 29 and 30,
(being AP ~0-34-11), Chico.
2. Tha~ Chis Resolution be posted and published
pursu.ant to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441a
P,ASSED AN~ ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors this
