BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, 5tate of Ca~ifornia, that that con~raot dated the 1.Oth
day of August, 1971, by and between BALDWIN CONTI2AC~'TNG COMPANY,
TNC., a corpora~.ion, dding business under the tictitious name
and style of BU~TE CR~EK ROCK CO., anc~ the CdUNTY OF BUTTE, for
the work and improvements to be done in Paradise Pines Units No.
4 and 8 Assessment bistrict, But~e County, California, is hereby
approved; and
BE IT FUR~'HER RE~OLVED that the Chairman of the Board of
Supervisors be authorized to sign, and the County~Clerk thereof
be authorized tn attest, said agreement; and
BE ZT FURTHER RESOLVED that the.Labor arid.Material Bond and
the Faithful Performance Bonc1 to secure the per~ormance of said
contract and ~o secure payment of labor and materials claims be
filed with ~he Cnunty Clerk of the County of But~te in said matter,
which said Labor and Material Bond and said Faithful Performance
Bond are hereby approved. ,
