WHEREAS, pursuant to the authorzty vested in this Board under
Government Code §50430 et seq9 this Board wishes to abandon said
easement as described below,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
lo That this Board finds that said easement is unnecessary
for present or prospective public useo
2o That said public utility easement as hereinafter described
is hereinafter abandoned and vacated,
:~o That said public utility easement zs situated in the County
of Buttes State of California, and described as followsp to wit:
a public utility easement IO feet in width,
located alang the easterly line of ~,ot 2S of the
Ranchos Robledos Subdivision, as recorded a.n
Recorder's Map Book 26 at pages 28, 29 and 30,
(being AP 40-34-11), Chico,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Saard of Supervisors af the Couzity
