~iESOLUTION AIITHORIZING THE D~PARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERUICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
BE TT RE50L9ED that the Board of Supervisors of the
Coun~p of Butte does hereby authorize the Office o~'
Procurement, Department of General Services of ~the Sta~te
of California to purchase items per s'~hedule attached
for and on behalf o£ the Co~znty of Butte gursuant to
Sec~ion 14~1G., Government Code, and that Thomas B. Struthers,
Purchas~.ng Agent, is hereby authorized and directed to
sign and deliner all necessary requests and uther documents
in connection therewith for and on behalf of the County
of Butte.
Passed and Adopted bp the Board of Supervisors of
