IMPBOVEMENTS ,AND ACQUZSZTIQNS 'IN PARADTSE PINES UNITS
NO. 10, 11 & 15 ASSESSMENT DTSTRTCT, BLFTTE COUNTY,
CAI.,IFORNIA
WHEREAS, a public hearing, for which reasonable notice has
been given by publication, has been held as to the public convenience
and necessity o£ the improvements and acquisitions in Paradise Pines
Units No. lU, 13. & i5 Assessment District, Butte County, California;
and
WH~REAS, this ]3oard has heard and considered all the evi--
dence, both oral and written, r~lative to the public convenience and
necessity of the construction of the aforesaid improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED that this Bc,ard finds and
determines that the public convenience anrl necessity require the
improvements and acquisitions in Paradise Pines Units No. i0, 11.& 15
Assessment Dis~rict, Butte County, California, and ~urther determi.nes
that the "Special Assessment Investigation~ Limitation and Majority
Protest Act of 193I" sha1Z not apply to these assessment proceedings;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this project shall proceed in
accordance with the terms and provisions of the Municipal Improve-
ment Act of 191.3.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolutian was duly
and zegulazly adop~.ed by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the :31st day of August, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
