WHEREAS, on the 20th day of July, 7.971, the Board of SupervS.snrs
of the County of But~e, Sta~e of California, preliminariiy adopted
th.e Engineer's Report and E.nRineer's Bstimate of Cost, filed pursuant
fo the Resolution of Intention in Paradise Pines Units No. 10, 11 & 15
Assessment District, Bu~te County, California; and
WH~F2EA5, since the filing of said originai Engineer's Report
and ~ngineer's ~stimate ot Cost, bids have been received showing a
different construction cost than set forth in said original Engineer's
12eport and Enqineer's Estimate oP Cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUED by the Board of Supervisors of
~t-e County of Butte, State of Calitornia, that the Engineer of Work
be, and he is hereby directed to file an Amended Engineer's Report
and Amencled Estimate af Cost to conform to the low bid received for
said wo~`k and inprovements.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing xesolution was duly and
~reguJ~arly adopted by the Board of Supervzsors of the County of Butte,
State of Cali~ornia, at a regular meeting thereof, he].d on the 3Zst
