BE IT RESO~,UED by the Board of Supervisors ot the County of
Butte. Stafe of Ca~.ifornia, as follo~as:
The Da.rector of Public Works of Butte Caunty, California,
without further authorization of the Bpard of Supervisors is hereby
authorized to order changes in the work tp be done in Paradise Pines
Units No, 10, 11 & 15 Assessment Dist~zct, Butte County, California,
under the follo~eing conditions:
To correct cie~ical and ~echnical errors in the pl.ans;
To modify ~he design of the project wherever good
engineering practice indicates tha~ the modification
should be made;
Tv adjust the design of the pznject to utility loca-
tions, soil conditions, and othez fzeJ.d conditions
which were unknown or uncertain at the time th~ plans
were prepared.
HOWEVER, the Director of Public Works shall not be authorized
ta approve chang~ orders resul~ing in the increase in construction
cpsts aqgregating more than ten per cent ~10a) of constructian costs
provided for in the Amended Engineer's Report heretofore approved
by this Board of Supervisors.
