RESOLt7TIO1V AUTHORIZING SALE OF BONDS
WHEI2EAS, the Board af Superv.isors of the County of Butte,
State of California, has recei.ved a written proposal £rom BIRR,
WILSON & CO., INC., offering to purchase improvement bonds to be issued
by the County of Bu~te to zepresent unpaid assessments levied pur-
suant to the Resolution of Entention for Paradise Pines Units B7o.
10, 11 & 15 Assessment Aa.strict, adopted by the Board of 5upervisors
of the County of Butte nn the 20th day of July, I971, for payment
of the improvements and acquisitions and a7.1 of the incidental. expen-
ses in cannection therewith, in said Faradise Pines Units No. 10, 11.
& 15 Assessment District; and
WHEI2EAS, it is the opinion of this Board that the public
interest and convenience will be served by accepting the offer of
the sa~d BIRR, wILS~N & C4<, TNC,, dated August 3i, 1.971, and wi11
a~.so be served by selling the said bonds at the price therein named;
NOW, ~HEREF4RE, IT IS HEREBY ORDEZ2ED that the proposal of
BIRR, wILSON & CO., INC., dated August 31, 197~., be, and the same
a.s hereby accepted and that the bonds be, and they are hereby ordered
so].d to BTRR, WILSON & CO., INC., in the amount and subjec~ ~o the
terms and conditions stated in the bid of the said Il~RR, j~iILSON &
CO., INC.
BE I~ FURTHER RES~LVED that the interest rate of said bonds
be, and the same is hereby fixed at the rate stated in said bid, and
that said bonds shall be dated the 15th day of October, 1971,
and sha11 bear interest from said date.
