of 5entate Sill 1633, and
WHEREAS, such legisla~ion is necessary to avoid financial
disaster to a county, especially the smaller counties, incurred in
long and complex homicide prosecutionse ~
NOW, THEREFOR~, BE ZT RESOLVED by this Hoard:
~, That this Board strongly supports Senate Bil~ 1633
and respectfully requests that the Legislature enact same into law.
2o That copies of this Resolution be sent'~to the
Hanorab~e Ronald Reagan, Governor of the State of California, the
Honorable ~ay Johnson, Assemblyman, the Iionorable Fred Marler, Senator
and to such o~her parties as the Board direc~s.
