RESOLUTION IN OPPOSITZON TO .4S`SEMB~Y BILL5 1301 and 1303
WHEREAS, this Board has carefu~.ly considered the pro~ ~-.~
visians of Assembly Bi11s 130I and 1303, and
W~iII2EAS, this Board fee~.s that said Bi11s would seriously
impair the functioning of local government in the field ot land-
use regulations,
NOW, TIiEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board expresses
its opposition to the enactment of Assembly Bills 1301 and 1303.
BE IT FURTHIl2 RESOLVEA that capies of this Resolution
be sent to the Honorable Fred Marler, Senator, the Honorable Ray
Johnson, Assemblyman, County Supervisors ,Association of California
and to such other parties as the Board should designate.
