1. ~he a~tached Agreement between the 3ta~e of
California Department of ~ducation, Division of Libraries through
its duly eleeted director of education and the Butte County Library,
~he library of Butte County is hereby approved and the County
librarian, Josephine Terry, is hereby authorized to execute same on
behalf of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors, State of California, this 31st day of August ,
1971, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Gilman, Madigan, McKillop, and
Chairman Reynolds
