adopted the ~z~gzneez's Report and ~ngineer's Estimate a~ Cost, filecl
pursuant to thc Resolution of Intention in Paradise Pines Units No.
12, ~3 & 1.4 Assessmen~ Da.stri.c~~ Bu~.~e County, Calffornia; and
WfI~REAS, since the filing of said original Enga.neer's Report
and Engineer's ~sti.m~te of Cost, bids have been received showing a
different construction cost ~han set forth in said oria,i.nal Engineer's
Re~sort and Engineer's Estimate nf Cvs~;
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED by ~he T3aard of 5upervisors
of the County ot Butte, State of California, that the Engineer of
Work be, and he is hereby dzrected ~4 file an Amended Engincer`s Report
and ~mendcd Estima~e of Cost ta confarm ~a the low bid reoeived for
said work and improvements.
