WHER.EAS, pursuant to the authority ves~ed in ~his Board under
Government Code §§50430, et seqy this Board wishes ~o declare its
intention fio abandon said public utility easement as described below:
l, That this Board hereby gives notice fihat at its reg~lar
meetzng on October 5 , 1971p at 11:00 a,m,~ in the
Board Chambers, Courthouse, Oroville9 a hearing sha11 be held on the
vacation of the following described easement:
The Northerly 12 feet of Lot 1» Goiden Oaks Subdivision,
which map was filed in ~he office of the Recorder of the
County of Butte, State of California on November 18, 1964 in
Book 32 of Maps at Pages 21 and 22,
2o That this Resolution be pos~ed and published pursuant to
the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441,
FASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of 5upervisors this 14th
day of September, 19719 by the following vote:
