RESOLUTION IN EtE PARKING ON CER~,A~N COUNTY HIGHWAX
IN THE COUN~X OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(Vehicle Code Section 22507)
B~ ZT R.ESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS for the Gounty of Butte,
State of California, as follows:
1. That the parking or standing of vehicles on the hereinafter-
described portions of Esplanade 3s prohibited, and the portions of said
road on which the parking and standing of vehicles is prohzbited is descxzbed
as ~'ollows, to wit:
Along the Easterly Side o~' Esplanade from the south curb line
o£ Panama Avenue to a point 50 ~'eet southo
2. That NO PARK~NG signs be placed and ~the curb be painted red at
the appropxiate ~.ocata.ons on said road.
3, '~his R.esolut~.on 9.s adopted a.n acyoxdance with Seetion 2250'7 of
the Veha.cle Gode and va.olation of said Resolution cons~i~u~es a misdemeanor
zn accordance with Section L~0000 of sazd Vehzcle Code.
