RESOLUTION DECLARTNG SUBDIVISION ZOTS FREE OF
RESTRICTIONS_ON SALE - OLIVE HOM~SITES, UNIT N0. 1.
WHEREAS, a~ the time of appx~oval vf th.e final map of~that
subdivision known as Olive Homesites, Un.it~,: No. I, recorded in
the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, on November 19,
1959, in Book 24 of Maps a~ pages 17 and 18, this board restricted
certain lots from sale pending satisfactory reso~ution of sewage
disposal prob~ems; and
WHEREAS said problems have been resolved in a manner satisfactory
to this board regarding al1 lots except lot 20 thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ~Y3at'a11 lots of said Unit No. 1
are free for sale except lot 20 thereof.
BE IT FUR'THER RE50LVED that lot 20 thereot sha.ll be free for
sale upon the execta.tion by the Director of Health ot the County
of Butte of a cerfiificate stating ~hat adequate sewage disposal can
be provided for said lot without v.tilizing or adversely affecting
any contiguous propertya
