RESOLU'TION DECLARING SUBDIVISION LOTS FREE OF
RESTRICTIONS ON SAI;E - OLIVE HOMESITES. UNIT ATO. 2

WHII2EAS, at th.e time of approval of the final map of that
subdivis9.on known as Ol.ive Homesites, Unit No. 2, recorded in
~he o~'£ice of the Recorder of the County of Butte, on September 27,
1962, in Boo1c 28 of Maps at pages 3.9 and 20, this Board restricted
certain lots from sale pending satisfactory resolu~ion af sewage
disposal problems, and
WHEREAS, said problems have bee~ resolved in a manner
satisfactory to this Board regarding a11 lotso
NOW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED that all lots of said
Uni~e No. 2 are free for sale.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board ot Super-
visors this 21st day of Se tember 9 1971, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Gilman, Madigan, Maxon, Mc~illop, and
Chairman Reynolds
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
