RESOLUTION GIVING NOTIC~ OF INTENTION TO ABAND(}N
PUBLIC UTIL~TY' EASEN~NTS
WHEREAS, this Board has received a reques~ from Merle A.
Webb to aiio~ the abandonment of public utility easements as
described below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Soard
under Government Code §§50430, et seq, this Soard wishes to declare
its intention to abaondon said public utility easements as described
below:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
mee~ing on October 26, , 1971, at 11:OQ a.m., in the
Board Chambers, Courthouse, Oroville, a hearing sha11 be held on the
abandonment of the followircg described easements:
Three foot public utility easements located in Lots 3,
5, 7 and 11; also the overhang easements on Lots 7 and 10;
all lots in Green Acres Subdivision, per map recorded
in Map Boolc 35 on pages 6 and 7 in the Butte County
Recorder's Office,
2, That this Resolution be posted and publislzed pursuant to
the prov9.sions of Goverrunent Code §§50440 and 50441.

this 28th day of September , 1971, by the foll.owing vote:
