R~SO~UTION OF ABANDONMENT OF PTJBLIC iJTILITY EASEM~NT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a request from Mro ,Tim
Hardirtg to allow the abandonment of a public utility easemen~ as
described below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the autliority vested in this Board under
Government Code §§50/+30~ et seq, this Board wishes to abandon said
easement as described below. ~
NOW, TH~2~~'OR~= BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1, Tha~ thi.s Board ~inds that said easement is unnecessary
for present or prospective public use.
2, 'I'hat said public utility easement as hereinafter described
is hereinafter abandoned and vaca~ed,
3, That said public u~ility easement is situated in the
Courity of Butte, State of Cali£ornia, and described as follows, to
wit:
The Nor~hexly 12 feet of Lot 1- Golden Oaks Subdivision,
which map was filed in the o~fi.ce of the Recorder of the
County of ~.3utte, State of California on November 18, 1964, in
Book 32 of Maps at Pages 21 and 22.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of ~upervisors of the County of
But~e this ~th day of October , 1.971, by the fio3~lowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Gilman, Madigan, Maxon, and Chairman Reynolds
NOES: None
ABSENT: 5upervisor McKillop
NOT VOT:ENG: None

as the northerly 12 feet of Lot 1, Golden Oaks Subdivision,
Paradise.
Applicant proposes to constxvct a duplex and wishes to utilize
property 7 feet within the easement. ~
Letters reiinquishing rights to the easement have been received
from the Facific Telephone Co., Paci£ic Gas & Elec~ric Co. and
the Paradise Trrigation Distriat.
