Ap~il 8, 19699 which Resolution designated facilities and personneL
pursuant ~o the Lanterman~Petris~Short Act, and
WHEREAS, t his Board wishes to amend =provis'i:ons. in said
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That paragraph 4 of said Resolution 69-68 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"p4o The District Attorney of Butte County, or his
designee, is designated as tk~e agency to conduct pre-
petition screening as provided for in Welfare and
Institutions Code §5202a It is anticipated. that the
District Attorney will utilize the offered services
of ~he Butte County Mental Health Departmento"
2o That paragraph 11 of sa~.d Resolution 69 -68 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"7.1.o The Pablic Guardian, in all matters concerning
conservatorships, shall be free to avail himself of
~he advice and assistance of the Butte Counry Mental
Health Departmento"
