RESOLUTION OF ABANDONMENT OF ~tJBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, this Board has received a reqnest from Merle A.
Webb ~o allow the abandonment of public utility easements as
described below,
WF3~REAS, pursuant to ~he authority vested in this Board under
Government Code §§50430, et seq, this Board wishes to abandon said
easements as described below.
NOW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLV~D by this Board:
1. That this Board finds that said easements are unnecessary
for present or prospective public useo
2. That sai d public utility easements as hereinafter
described are hereinaffier abandoned and vacated,
3. That said public utility easements are situated in the
County of Bu~te, State of California, and described as follows, to
wit:
Three foot public utility easemen~s ].ocated in Lots 3,
5, 7 and 11; also the overha.ng ease~ents m Lots 7 and 10;
all lots in Graen Acres Subdivi.sion, per map recorded
in Map Book 35 on pages 6 and 7 in the Butte County
Reco~der's Office.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
af Butte this 26th day of October , 1971, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Gilman, Madigan, Maxon, McKfllop, and
NO~S: None Chairman Reyn.olds
,ABSENT; None
NOT VOTING: None ~
