RESOLUT~ON IN R.E PARKING ON CERTAZN COiFNTY HIGHWAY
IN THE COUNTY flE' BTJT~E,
STATE OF GALIFORNIA
(Vehicle Code Section 22507)
BE IT RESOI~VID by the BOAR.D 0~' SUPERVZSORS for the Couxzty of But~e,
State of Cal~'ornia, as ~o~.lows: :
'1. That the parking or standing of vehicles on the hereinafter-
described portions of Mangrove Avenue is prohibited, and the portions of said
road on which the parking and standing of vehicles is prohibitec3 is described
as follows, to wit:
Along the wes~erly side o£ Mangrove Avenue from the north xzght
of way line of East 9-th Avenue -~o a point 50 feet north..
2. That N~ PAR.KING signs be placed and the curb be painted red at
the appxoprzate locations on said road.
3. This Resolution is adop~ed in accordar_ce with Section 22567 0£
the Vehicle Code and violation of said Resolution constitutes a misdemeanor
in accordance with Section L~0000 of said Vehicle Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
Sta-~e of California at the regular meeting thereof on the 26th day of
October , 1971, by the following vote:

~'reeway Agreement

Gentlemen:
Attached for your cons3.dera'~ion and execution on be-
half o~ Butte County are ~hree copies of a Supexseding Freeway
Agreemen~ cover~ng the portion o~' Route g9 from 0.11- mile sou~h
of tYze east fork of Roberts Creek to the city 13.mit of Chico
approximately 0.3 mile south of the Skyway Overcxossing.
Changes to the existing agreemen~ are: tha addi~ion
of ~he requested temporary road connectian to ~he west side of
Route 99 north of Butte Creek, the dele~ion of' the col.oring on
th.e temporary road connection at Estates ]]rive south of Butte
Creek where construction is complete, the title b].ock on the
Freeway Agreement Map has been revis~d, and the description of
the limits nf the ~'reeway Agreemen~t have been modified.
1'lease execute and re~urn the original an.d one copy
of the agreement to this office. The additional copy is for
your records pending ~etuzn to you of a fully exec~.ted copy o~
the document.
A certa.~ied copy of a resolution by ~he Board of Super-
visors authorizing ~he Chairman of ~he Board of Supervisors ~o
sign the agreemen~ shoul~. be attached to each of' the ~eturned
agreements. Copies of such a resolution are a~tached for your
convenience should you caxe to use them.

A right ofi' vaay coxztract has been presented to
Mr. Jayred and Mr. Towne as outlined in rny letter o~' Au~zst 1.8,
197~• This contrac~ calls fox rel.inq~zishment of acces~ rights
at th~ee priva~e access openings and is contzngent upon Californ3.a
HigY~way Commi.ssion approval o~' the requested public road connec-
tion. Mr. Jayred and. Mr. Towne executed the contract on October 7,
1971.

If the Freeway Agre~ment is found to be acce~table
and can be execu~ed and returned to the Dis~rict by November 1,
~971, the Fraeway Agreemen~ may be presented ta the Ca~~forn~a
H~ghway Commission a~ the November meeting.
