WHEREP.S, a portion of the o1d Orovi. 11e-Pentz Bond I-Iighway is no longer
necessary or required for road purposes; and
WIiEREAS, pursuant to tha Streats and Highways Code, Section 9b0.1, the
Board finds that a portion of the o1d Oroville-Pentz Bond Highway should be
summarily vacated,
NOW, THEREFORE~; BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
Caunty of Butte, State ot Cali£ornia, as foJ.lows;
The following-described portiozz of the old Orovi].le-Pentz Sond Hi.ghway
is hereby summarily vaca~ed and aban.doz~ed pursuant to Streets & Hzghways Code~
Sectian 960.10
A portion o~ natthwest quaxtex ~f the southeast quarter of Section 18,
T21N~ R4E, MDBSI~, described as follows;
A11 that poztion of the old Oxoville-Pentz Sond Highway as described
in that certain deed to the County ~f Butte recorded in the office of ~he
Recordex o~ the County of Sutte on March 26~ 192G., in Book 195 of Deeds at
page 200, bounded on the north by the north line of tihati cerCain parcel eon-
veyed to Robert Z, Co1e~ by deed recarded July 22~ 1966, in Book 1436 at page
414, Butte County Of£~.ci.a1 Records; bounded on the south by tihe south line of
said Co1e parcel; and bounded on the west by the following-described line:
