PORTION 0~' TH~ OLD OROVILLE-PENTZ BOND FIIGHWAY
WHEREA.S, a portion of the old OrovilZe-Pentz Bond Highway is no longer
necessary or required for road purposes; and
WH~REAS, pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code, Sec~ion 960.1, the
Board finds ~hat a portion o£ the oId Orocri7.l.e-Pentz Bond Highway should be
summazily vacated~
NOWQ THEREk'OR.E~ BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butee~ State of California, as follows:
The following-described portion of the old Oroville-Pentz Sond Highway
is hereby summarily vacated and abandoned pursuan.t to 5treets & Highways Code
SecCion 960.1:
A portion of the northwest q~arter of the southeast quarter of Section
18~ T21N, R/~E~ NIDBSkI~ ~.escribed as follows s

A1_1 that portion of the o1d Oroville--Pentz Bond Highway~ as described in that
certain deed to the County of Butte recorded in the Office of the Reco~der o~
the County of Butte on March 2fi~ 1924 in Book 195 of Deeds at Page 200~ bounded
on the north by the n~rth line o~ thae cer~ain parcel conveyed to Merle F.
Kiliian, by deed recorded July 22, 196b~ in Book I436, at page 408, Butte Count
Official Recozds; bounded on the soath by the south Iine o~ sai.d Ki].J.iaz~ parcel
and bounded on the west by the following-described line;
Commencing at the south quarter corner of the above sai.d Section 18; thence
N 0°23'43"FI, along the wes~ line of said southeast quarte~ o£ Section 18~ for
1~687.64 fee~ Co ~he southwest corner of that certain parcel conveyed to
