the grant which is attached hexeto and incorporated herein as
if set forth in full and authorizes the Chairman to execute same
on behalf of th.e County of Butte. In that the Chairman wfll
be o~t of the State for the next ten days, this Resolution alsa
authorizes the execution of said grant and eontract therefor on
behalf of the County of Butte by Supervisor Art Gilman, Actzng
Chairman.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Super-
visors this 2nd day of November, 1971, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Gilman, Madigan, Maxon, McKillop,
and Chairman Reynalds
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
