The pub~ic hearing for the abandanment of a portian o~
Lot ~~113, Third Street, in the Town of Richvale, between
the extension o~ ~he south line of Lot ~k181 and the extension
of i3orth line ofi Lot ~~183, a~.so ~.hat portion of Lot ~~182
(a11ey) of Town of Richvale was held as advertised. There
were no written letters of opposition filed; no one ap-
peared in. opposition to the abandonmen~. The Chairman
declared ~he public hearing for said abandonment closed.
County Counsel was requested to prepare the resole~~ion and
order of abandonment.
WHEREAS, there is no evidence that the Resolution and Order
of .Abandonment was eve~ prepared and filed.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
l. In order to correct the official records of the County
to comply with the said order of the Board of Supervisors, the
abandonment provided therein is hereby ordered.
2. That the description ot said Public Highway so abandoned
is situate in the County of Butte, State of Galifornia, and more
particularly described as fallows:
That portion of Lot 113 {'~hird Street) in the Town of
Richvale, as shown on that certain map ti7.ed in the office
of the Recorder of the County of Bu~te, State of California,
January 179 1910, in Map Boak 6, page 53, between the ex-
tension of the so uth line of Lot 181 (south right of way
li.ne of Broadway) and the extension of the north line of
Lot 183 (the north right of way line of School Street),
Also that portion of Lot 182 (alley) of the Town of Richvale
as shown on said map~ lying between Lots 661, 662, 684
and 685,
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Reso~.ution, with the seal of the Board of Supervzsors of
the County of Hutte, to be recorded in the office o~' the Recorder of
the County of Butte, State of Californi.a.
