the County of Butte, State of California, a map showing the proposed

of the County of Butte, State of California, th.at that certain
map entitled, "Prdposed Boundaries of Paxadise Pines Country Club
Estates i3nits No. 1, 2 and 3 Assessment District, Bntte Cpunty,
Cali.fornia," be and the same is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTI3ER R~S~Ji,VEb that a ce~tified copy of saa.d
boundary map herein approved shall be filed with the County Recorder
of the County of Butte in accordanee wz.th the provisions of Part
2, Division 4,5 of the Streets and Highways Coc1e of the State oE
California.
