5. Said d~s~~ict shall be known and designated as
Pa~adise Pines Country Clu~ Estates Units No. ~, 2 and 3 Assess-
ment District, Butte County, Ca~ifornia.
6. The distrxGt which shall bPar the cost and expenses
of said improvements and acquisitions~, including all incidental
expenses, and whzch is to be assessed to pay for the cost thezeof
is that district shown on a map which is on file in the offzce
of the County Clerk of ~he County of Butte, which is designated,
"Proposed Boundaries of Paradise Pines Country Club Estares Units
No, l, 2 and 3 Ass~ssment District, Butte County, CaXifarnia."
T. Said special assessment proceedings are to be taken
under the provzsi~ns of the Municipal I~provement Acti af 1913,
with bonds to be issued under the provisions af the Tmprovement
Act of 191~.
8. The owners of property within the boundaries of said
propased district have waived all investiqatzon p~oceedings under
~he Special Assessment Investigation, Lzmita~ion and Majority Pro-
test Act o£ 1931.
9. No contract £or the construation of improvements in
this assessment distric~ shall be awarded until improvement bonds
a~e sold and delivesed and the proceeds of such sale are deposited
with the Cnunty Treasurer.
