RESOLUTION ADOPTING SCAL~ OF PREVAILING WAGE RATES
WHE~AS, the Boazd of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, on tihe 4th day of Navember, 1971, adapted
plans and specifications £or the impravements and acquisitions
to be made in Paradise Pines Country Club Estates Units No. 1, 2 and
3 Assessment District, Butte Coun~y, Califarnia;
NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED by th~ Board of Supervisors
o~ the County o£ Butte that said Board has d~termined and estab-
lished the general prevaixing rate of per diem wages for each type
o~ craft or workman needed to execute or per£orm the necessary
work or improvements zn accordanee witH the schedule appended hereto
and described, "Schedule of Per Diem Wage Rates"; and
BE IT FURTHER RESa~V~D that said "Schedule of Per Diem
Wage Rates" be, and it is hexeby, embodied in the Notice Invit-
ing Sealad Bids and all contract documents in connection with said
work and improvement hereinabave desaribed.

I HEREBY C~RTIFY that the ~oregoing resolution was duly
~ and regulazly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 9th day of Navember, 19'71., by the following vote, to wit:
