B~ I~ RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPE1tVISORS for the Caun~y o£ Butte,
State of Cali.fornia~ as follows:
I, T€~at the parking or standing ot vehicles an the hereinaf~er-
described portions of Las Plumas Avenue is prohibited~ and the portions o£ said
road on whzch tE~e parking and standing of vehicles is prohibited are descx'a.bed
as follows, to wit:
Along ~he curb on the soutfierly side of Las E1uma.s Avenue frorn
100 feet east of~ to I.00 feet west of the wesC driveway into Las
Plumas Ai.gh School~ from 50 feet east of, to 50 feet wrest of the
crosswalks in front of Las Plumas Aigh School, and from the west
si.de of the east driveway into Las Plu.mas High School to 100 feet
west.
2. That NO PARKING si~ns be placed.and the curb be painted red at
the appropriate Locations on said road.
3. This Resolution is adopCed in accordance with Section 22507 0~
the Vehicle Gode and viola~ion o£ said Resoluti~n constitutes a misdemeanor
in accordance wieh 3ection 40000 of said Vehicle Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by Che Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State o£ Calzfornia at the regular meeting thereof on the )~.~tho day o~
November , 1971', by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisoxs Gi7.man, McKil.Zop, Madigan. and Maxon
and ~hairman Reynolds.
