UNITS N0. 10, 11 & 15 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT,

WHERr.AS, by Resolu~ion adopted on the 20th day of
July, 1971, it was directed that bids be called for the i.inprqve-
ment work to be done in Paradise Pines Units No. Z0, 11 & 15
Assessment Distric~, Butte County, California, and that the time
fzxed for receiving seal.ed bids oX praposal,s was the lOth day
of August, 1971, at the hour of 11:00 o'clock A.M, of said day;

WHEREAS, Notice ~nvitzng sealed Bids was duly published
in tihe time and manner required by law; and ~
WHEREAS, all bids having been publicly opened, examined
and declazed pertaining to the doing of the work and improvements
described in the Resolution of Zntention, which Resolution o~ _ ..
Intention is hereby expressly referze~ to for a description of
said ixnpravements, and for all other particulars relative to the
proceedings under said Resolution of Intention; and
WHEREAS, the Soard of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of Galifornia, on the 31st day of August, 1971, ordered
the improvemen~s and acquisitions to be made in said assessment
district;
NOE4, 'THEREFORE, IT IS HEREIIY RESbLVED that the Board of
Supervisors of ~he County of Butte, 5tate of California, hereby
rejects a11 of said oroposals or bids, excep~ that herein men-
tioned, and hereby awards the contract for said improvemen~s to
the lowest responsible biddex, tp wit: TEICHERT GONSTRC7CTTON,

at the prices named in the bid of said bidder on file in the office
of the County Clerk of the County of Butte. .

Y HEREBY CERTI~Y that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte. State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
